Flock is applied as a surface finish to reduce glare, condensation, noise and vibration. Repaired and damaged dashboards, door cards, consoles can look new again. It gives a warm soft feel to otherwise hard and cold surfaces. Cheap and poor quality materials become luxurious.
We have sold a number of Fabricoat™ 60/400 systems, Microflockers™ and Fabricoaters™ to customers for flocking vehicle and boat interiors. Customers who do a lot of flocking or need to flock large panels choose the 60/400 system, those that do a reasonable amount including door cards, dashes and head lining etc have bought the microflocker™ while those who do the occasional dashboard have bought a Fabricoater™. We have sold a large number of Fabricoaters™ in the USA for car upholstery repair.
